What Panache needed

Panache needed more than a public-facing website. The CYES Awards needed a live digital system where people could discover nominees, vote reliably, follow standings, and where the team could monitor what was happening during campaign pressure.

What I provided

I built and maintained the public event platform, voting database, WhatsApp voting flow, email OTP verification, admin analytics, nominee/category tracking, campaign links, and support tools the team used while voting was live.

Result

The platform processed real public traffic, moved voting into WhatsApp when email OTP became a friction point, and gave the organizers visibility into vote sources, nominee performance, and campaign activity.
